Through a narrative between a video and a sculpture, This project focuses mostly on the relationship between materials and their transformation.
The video is made of both YouTube found footage and studio captures, oscillating between chaos and reconstructing, and shows intensive moment of disappointment, loss and hope.
Inspired by the dynamic of spell making, the moving image acts here as the material that generates sculpting. As the screen surface itself becomes an space for making, the sculpture forms as the embodiment of the desire the moving image suggests.
